1. The 30-Day Evaluation Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to experience the ergonomic comfort and technology of your Trufanacosh product.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, premium packaging and in resalable condition (undamaged and including all accessories/manuals).

  • Due to hygiene standards for wearable medical-grade gel and fabric products, items showing significant signs of wear or skin contact residue may be subject to a partial refund or store credit.

2. Seamless Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow our streamlined "Concierge Return" process:

  1. Contact our support team at service@trufanacosh.com with your order number and a brief description of your feedback.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed shipping instructions to our California headquarters.

  3. Note: To maintain our competitive premium pricing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

3. Rapid Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Merced, CA facility, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed instantly and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Quality Assurance & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is functionally defective or damaged during transit, Trufanacosh takes full responsibility.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and prioritize a 24-hour dispatch for your replacement unit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened "Glucosamine Sprays" or topical ointments.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" during exclusive brand events.
