1. The Trufanacosh "Concierge Dispatch"

Every order placed before 2:00 PM (PST) undergoes our rigorous quality inspection and is prepared for dispatch within 12–24 hours.

  • Order Processing: Monday – Friday (excluding major US holidays).

  • Location: All premium orders are coordinated through our Merced, CA facility to ensure consistent quality control before they leave our hands.

2. Complimentary Premium Shipping

To celebrate our global community, we offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

  • Domestic (USA): Expect your delivery within 3–5 business days via our trusted partners (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority).

  • International: We deliver to over 50 countries. International transit typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your local customs clearance.

3. Real-Time Signature Tracking

Once your Trufanacosh parcel is scanned into the carrier's system, you will receive an automated Concierge Tracking Email.

  • This link provides real-time updates and an estimated delivery window.

  • For high-value items (such as our Intelligent Massagers), a signature may be required to ensure your premium investment is delivered securely.

4. Transparent Duty & Tax Policy

  • USA Orders: No hidden fees or taxes at delivery.

  • International Orders: While we strive for seamless delivery, please note that any local import duties, taxes, or VAT are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Our "In-Transit" Protection

Your peace of mind is our priority. If your parcel is delayed beyond our estimated window or appears damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact our support concierge at service@trufanacosh.com immediately.

  • We provide full insurance on every shipment. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, Trufanacosh will expedite a replacement unit at no additional cost to you.
